释义	法律分析: 购房合同、购房发票、房产证名字必须是统一的。如果是贷款的话，银行借款合同上的抵押人也要统一，否则不予办理。房产证上的名字是跟合同上的名字一致的，但如果还没有办理房产证，在办理房产证的时候你可以申请以共有人名义加入，在领证的时候再领一个共有权证。一般情况下是不可以的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》第六十二条房地产抵押时，应当向县级以上地方人民政府规定的部门办理抵押登记。因处分抵押房地产而取得土地使用权和房屋所有权的，应当依照本章规定办理过户登记。
