释义	法律分析：中止，抢劫犯法。抢劫罪，是以非法占有为目的，对财物的所有人、保管人使用暴力、胁迫或其他方法，强行将公私财物抢走的行为。将受到法律的处分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第四十八条冒领、隐匿、毁弃、私自开拆或者非法检查他人邮件的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。第四十九条盗窃、诈骗、哄抢、抢夺、敲诈勒索或者故意损毁公私财物的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款;情节较重的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处一千元以下罚款。
