释义	法律分析：婚内协议可以去公证处公证，但是夫妻婚内协议不必须公证,但公证后的协议法律效力高于一般协议。根据我国民法典的规定,夫妻双方在结婚以后,签署婚内财产协议,对婚后所得的财产以及婚前财产的归属进行了约定,无须办理公证,对双方均具有法律约束力。公证并不是婚内财产协议生效的必经程序,但是经过公证的协议将更具公信力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十六条经公证的民事法律行为、有法律意义的事实和文书，应当作为认定事实的根据，但有相反证据足以推翻该项公证的除外。
