释义	法律分析: 有工资。一星期内上了几天班，就有几天的工资。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十条用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。劳动合同被确认无效，劳动者已付出劳动的，用人单位应当向劳动者支付劳动报酬。劳动报酬的数额，参照本单位相同或者相近岗位劳动者的劳动报酬确定。劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
