释义	法律分析：如果案情有需要，律师是要负责收集证据的，虽然法律没有全面开放律师调查取证的权利，但是对于当事人无法自己取得的证据，律师如果想要调查取证，可以在诉讼中申请法院开具调查令，再由律师持调查令前往相关单位在调查令的范围内开展调查取证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国律师法》第三十五条受委托的律师根据案情的需要，可以申请人民检察院、人民法院收集、调取证据或者申请人民法院通知证人出庭作证。律师自行调查取证的，凭律师执业证书和律师事务所证明，可以向有关单位或者个人调查与承办法律事务有关的情况。
