释义	本报讯国土资源部土地利用司副司长冷宏志在29日举行的新闻吹风会上表示，我国在加快物业税、不动产税政策出台的进程，实际上在一些地方已经在搞试点空转。谈到问题时，冷宏志表示，小产权房从1999年国务院办公厅就有这样的文件，以及后来一系列的政策都规定城市居民不得到农村买地建房，也不得租住农民的住房。这是有规定的。从政策上来讲，不仅从来没有开过口子，而且要予以清理。 (辛文)
