释义	法律分析：当发生公司搬迁导致劳动合同无法履行的情形时，公司应该提前三十日以书面形式通知员工并进行赔偿。公司搬迁时员工赔偿的标准，应该按照劳动法的规定，根据员工在公司工作的年限，按照每满一年支付一个月工资的标准向员工进行赔偿；工作时间在六个月以上不满一年的，按照一年的时间计算进行赔偿；员工工作不满六个月的，按半年的时长计算赔偿数额。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十七条经济补偿按劳动者在本单位工作的年限，每满一年支付一个月工资的标准向劳动者支付。
