国家级项目评审专家劳务费标准：
（1）外部专家劳务费发放最高标准：原则上院士第一天5000元/人.天，第二天以后3000元/人.天；正高级职称第一天3000元/人.天；第二天以后2000元/人.天；副高级及以下职称第一天2000元/人.天，第二天以后1000元/人.天。
（2）内部专家劳务费发放最高标准：原则上院士第一天3000元/人.天，第二天以后2000元/人.天；正级职称第一天2000元/人.天；
第二天以后1000元/人.天；副高级及以下职称第一天1000元/人.天，第二天以后800元/人.天。
（一）评审专家费发放范围：
政府采购项目评标委员会组成人员（包括采购人代表和政府采购专家库抽取的评审专家）。参与项目评审现场活动的其他人员（含监督人员）一律不得发放。
采购人参加评标进场人数，按照财政部《关于进一步规范政府采购评审工作有关问题的通知》的第三条规定执行。
（二）评审专家费发放标准
1、评标时间在2小时以内的（含2小时）按200元/人发放；超2小时至4小时的（含4小时）按300元/人发放；超4小时至8小时以内的按600元/人发放。
2、法定节假日期间不组织评标活动（特殊情况除外）。
3、评审项目中止评标程序的，按100元/人发放。
4、参加同一项目复审的专家，不重复发放专家评审费。
