释义	法律分析: 委托贷款是指由委托人提供合法来源的资金转入委托银行一般委存账户，委托银行根据委托人确定的贷款对象、用途、金额、期限、利率等代为发放、监督使用并协助收回的贷款业务。委托贷款不是并购贷款，两者是有所不同的。法律依据: 《中国银监会关于印发的通知》第四条本指引所称并购贷款，是指商业银行向并购方或其子公司发放的，用于支付并购交易价款的贷款。
