问题	公司让我调岗，合法吗？
释义	用人单位给劳动者调岗，应当与劳动者协商一致。若是没有协商一致的，除劳动者因为不能胜任原先的岗位这一个情况外，其余情况均是不合法的。调岗不得具有侮辱性质，比如让孕妇守厕所。【法律依据】《劳动合同法》第三十四条用人单位发生合并或者分立等情况，原劳动合同继续有效，劳动合同由承继其权利和义务的用人单位继续履行。第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
