一、新农合属于城乡居民医保吗
新农合是新型农村合作医疗的简称，目前与城镇居民医保合并，现在统称为城乡居民医保。
二、参加城乡居民医保可以享受哪些待遇
1、普通门诊报销，按规定在医保定点医疗机构就医的，可以享受对应年度的普通门诊统筹待遇，属于门诊特定病种用药范围的药品费用，由基金按规定比例支付。
2、住院报销，参保人持符合参保地规定的医疗保障就医凭证(医保电子凭证、社保卡和身份证等)到医保定点医疗机构登记住院。可在定点医疗机构直接结算。
三、城乡居民医保办理的法律依据
《国务院关于整合城乡居民基本医疗保险制度的意见》
整合城镇居民基本医疗保险(以下简称城镇居民医保)和新型农村合作医疗(以下简称新农合)两项制度，建立统一的城乡居民基本医疗保险(以下简称城乡居民医保)制度，是推进医药卫生体制改革、实现城乡居民公平享有基本医疗保险权益、促进社会公平正义、增进人民福祉的重大举措，对促进城乡经济社会协调发展、全面建成小康社会具有重要意义。
