法律分析：如果私人用人单位可以随时离职,拖欠的工资可以通过协商解决,协商不能通过仲裁或诉讼解决。即使没有签订劳动合同,也要赔偿工人的双倍工资。 用人单位拖欠工资的,劳动者可以通过以下途径处理: 拖欠工资事实确定的,可以先向当地劳动监察大队投诉或者举报,请求依法予以处理。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第八十七条
用人单位违反本法规定解除或者终止劳动合同的，应当依照本法第四十七条规定的经济补偿标准的二倍向劳动者支付赔偿金。
