阻碍执行职务的行为如下：
1、公然侮辱正在执行职务的人民警察，常见于接处警、交警纠违当中；
2、以无理纠缠、谩骂、拉扯等行为阻碍人民警察调查取证，常见于办案中；
3、拒绝或阻碍人民警察执行追捕、搜查、救险等任务进入有关住所、场所的。
阻碍执行职务裁量标准是什么
1、情节较轻的，处警告；
2、情节一般的，处罚款二百元；
3、情节严重的，根据案情，按三档处罚：处拘留五日，可并处二百元罚款；拘留七日，可并处二百至五百元罚款；拘留十日，可并处二百至五百元罚款；
4、阻碍人民警察依法执行职务的，从重处罚。
【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第五十条
有下列行为之一的，处警告或者二百元以下罚款；情节严重的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款：
（一）拒不执行人民政府在紧急状态情况下依法发布的决定、命令的；
（二）阻碍国家机关工作人员依法执行职务的；
（三）阻碍执行紧急任务的消防车、救护车、工程抢险车、警车等车辆通行的；
（四）强行冲闯公安机关设置的警戒带、警戒区的。
阻碍人民警察依法执行职务的，从重处罚。
