释义	要约是希望与他人订立合同的意思表示，该意思表示应当符合下列条件：(一)内容具体确定;(二)表明经受要约人承诺，要约人即受该意思表示约束。集体合同，是指用人单位与本单位职工根据法律、法规、规章的规定，就劳动报酬、工作时间、休息休假、劳动安全卫生、职业培训、保险福利等事项，通过集体协商签订的书面协议。法律依据《集体合同规定》第三条《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十二条
