释义	法律分析：劫持航空器的立案标准是：行为人以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法劫持航空器的情形构成该罪，该罪属于行为犯，只要行为人实施了该犯罪行为，无论是否发生危害后果等，都会被立案处罚。法律依据：《刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。《刑法》第一百二十一条以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法劫持航空器的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑；致人重伤、死亡或者使航空器遭受严重破坏的，处死刑。
