释义	【法律意见】如果属于爷爷个人财产的，爷爷奶奶赠与孙子，是不需要征得其他子女同意的。其他子女不同意起诉也要不回来。【法律依据】《继承法》第十六条公民可以依照本法规定立遗嘱处分个人财产，并可以指定遗嘱执行人。公民可以立遗嘱将个人财产指定由法定继承人的一人或者数人继承。公民可以立遗嘱将个人财产赠给国家、集体或者法定继承人以外的人。
