释义	法律分析：如果劳动合同中有工作岗位的约定，单位若想调动岗位，必须经过劳动者同意，否则视为违约，可以拿着相关工作证据，可以申请劳动争议仲裁解决。经济补偿按劳动者在本单位工作的年限，每满一年支付一个月工资的标准向劳动者支付。六个月以上不满一年的，按一年计算；不满六个月的，向劳动者支付半个月工资的经济补偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
