释义	法律分析: 机动车行经人行横道时，应当减速行驶行人正在通过人行横道，应当停车让行。机动车行经没有交通信号的道路时，遇行人横过道路，应当避让。对于前两种情况，如果机动车未礼让的，将给予罚款200元记3分的处罚，而针对第三种情况，如未避让，则将给予罚款20至200元，记3分的处罚。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第四十七条机动车行经人行横道时，应当减速行驶；遇行人正在通过人行横道，应当停车让行。机动车行经没有交通信号的道路时，遇行人横过道路，应当避让。
