释义	法律分析：告胜诉，看你原来的诉讼请求中有没有要求诉讼费和律师费由被告承担，没有对应的诉讼请求，律师费一般不会判决对方承担，诉讼费只要不是你自愿要求自己承担的，一般都是被告承担。败诉的话，诉讼费用由原告承担，被告作为应诉者，除非提出反诉，否则其因诉讼而支出的费用，比如律师费之类的就不会要求原告承担。但是如果是诉讼中的鉴定费用，原告败诉的话需要原告承担。法律依据：《诉讼费交纳标准》第二十九条诉讼费用由败诉方负担，胜诉方自愿承担的除外。
