释义	法律分析：父母的债务不会执行子女的财产。父母所欠的债务，应由父母承担，作为子女，在法律上没有帮助父母偿还债务的法定义务。所以，如果被父亲因欠债务而被法院执行的，法院只能执行被执行人（即父亲)的财产，而不可以执行其子女的财产。但是，如果父亲为逃避债务而将自己的财产非法转移给子女的，则法院可以执行该被转移的财产。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百五十九条分割遗产，应当清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务；但是，应当为缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的继承人保留必要的遗产。
