释义	法律分析：不可以。如果用人单位连续适用同一劳动者在同一岗位或者可替代性的岗位工作，不论是延长劳动合同期限或者劳动合同终止后隔时用人单位再次招用的等，均不应另行约定使用期。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
