释义	合同补充协议是指当事人对于合同中的内容没有约定、或者约定不是特别明确的，而达成的协议。一般要明确约定，如果补充协议条款与原来合同不一样的，或发生冲突时，该情况应以补充协议为准。但原合同明确表明不可以进行变更条款，补充的协议对该条款发生的变更，也是不会发生法律效力。
