问题	合同未有买卖双方盖章是否成立
释义	依据我国法律规定，没有盖章，但是有买卖双方签名是成立的。相反，如果没有买卖双方的签名，也没有买卖双方盖章则不成立。法律依据：《民法典》第四百九十条规定：当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自双方当事人签字或者盖章时合同成立。
