释义	法律分析: 要约是可以撤回的。但撤回要约的表示必须在要约发生法律效力以前作出。这是因为，要约发生法律效力以前；不会对受要约人产生任何影响，不会对交易秩序产生任何影响。在此阶段，应当允许要约人使尚未生效的要约不产生预期的效力。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十五条要约可以撤回。要约的撤回适用本法第一百四十一条的规定。
