胁迫事件的构成要件有哪些
释义
法律分析：胁迫是指以给自然人及其亲友的民事权益造成损害，或以给法人的荣誉、名誉造成损害为要挟，迫使对方做出违背真实的意思表示。胁迫的对象是自然人或法人。胁迫的内容是民事权益，其核心是以不正当的预告危害而是受胁迫方陷入恐惧和害怕的心理状态。并且受胁迫方基于该心理状态作出了不真实的意思表示。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十条一方或者第三人以胁迫手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受胁迫方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
