释义	法律分析：由于非全日制用工时期短、双方权利义务相对简单等特点，非全日制用工允许用人单位和劳动者在协商一致的情形下订立口头协议。如订立书面劳动合同的，劳动合同内容由双方协调确定，应当包括工作时间和期限、工作内容、劳动报酬、劳动保护和劳动条件五项必备条款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第六十八条非全日制用工，是指以小时计酬为主，劳动者在同一用人单位一般平均每日工作时间不超过四小时，每周工作时间累计不超过二十四小时的用工形式。第六十九条非全日制用工双方当事人可以订立口头协议。
