释义	法律分析：持有假币罪量刑标准：《刑法》第一百七十二条明知是伪造的货币而持有、使用，数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处一万元以上十万元以下罚金；数额巨大的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处二万元以上二十万元以下罚金；数额特别巨大的，处十年以上有期徒刑，并处五万元以上五十万元以下罚金或者没收财产。据最高人民检察院、公安部《关于经济案件追诉标准的规定》第十九条：“明知是伪造的货币而持有、使用，总面额在四千元以上的，应予追诉”的规定，数额较大的起点为四千元。
