释义	劳动争议终局裁决是指劳动争议经仲裁庭裁决后即行终结，不能再进行仲裁或诉讼的制度。包括五层含义：一是劳动争议调解仲裁法第四十九条规定的，用人单位对本条规定的仲裁裁决不服的，可以申请撤销，这里表明仲裁终局后不能再诉讼；二是一裁终局有范围限制。劳动争议一裁终局仅限于小额和标准明确的仲裁案件三是裁决书自作出之日起发生法律效力四是仲裁裁决发生法律效力后，当事人不得就同一争议事项再向仲裁委员会申请仲裁或向法院起诉五是仲裁裁决发生法律效力后，当事人应当依照规定的期限履行。
