刑事自诉案件立案管辖怎样确定

法律分析：当事人如提起刑事自诉案件，一般由犯罪地的人民法院行使管辖权。其中犯罪地包括犯罪行为发生地与犯罪结果发生地。几个法院都有管辖权，由最初受理的法院管辖。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》
第二十五条 刑事案件由犯罪地的人民法院管辖。如果由被告人居住地的人民法院审判更为适宜的，可以由被告人居住地的人民法院管辖。
第二十六条 几个同级人民法院都有权管辖的案件，由最初受理的人民法院审判。在必要的时候，可以移送主要犯罪地的人民法院审判。
