释义	法律分析：儿媳妇没有赡养公婆的义务。法律只规定，赡养人的配偶有协助赡养义务，也就是说儿媳妇只有协助丈夫赡养老人的义务。但如果丧偶的儿媳对公婆尽了主要赡养义务的，则儿媳也可以作为法定继承人继承公婆遗产。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十九条丧偶儿媳对公婆，丧偶女婿对岳父母，尽了主要赡养义务的，作为第一顺序继承人。
