释义	法律分析：女职工产假单胎顺产者，给予产假九十天，其中产前休息十五天，产后休七十五天。难产者，增加产假十五天；多胞胎生育者，每多生育一个婴儿，增加产假十五天。妊娠三个月内自然流产或子宫外孕者，给产假三十天；妊娠三个月以上，七个月以下自然流产者，给予产假四十五天。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十一条劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。第六十二条女职工生育享受不少于九十天的产假。
