释义	法律分析：采用各种方式恶意诋毁他人名誉，情节严重，给他人造成一定的后果，可以向法院起诉请求追究其刑事责任。情节严重的能构成诽谤罪。情节较轻的不构成刑事犯罪。诽谤是侵害名誉权的一种表现方式，是恶意的污蔑或者捏造事实让权利人的名誉受到损害，而网络传播速度又很快，所以网络诽谤比起现实诽谤，对于权利人来说，伤害更大，范围也更加广。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百四十六条以暴力或者其他方法公然侮辱他人或者捏造事实诽谤他人，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利。
