释义	法律分析：远洋渔船需要回国，必须要提前7天向本省（区、市）渔业主管部门进行申报。法律依据：《国际航行船舶进出中华人民共和国口岸检查办法》第四条检查机关依照有关法律、行政法规的规定实施检查并对违法行为进行处理。港务监督机构负责召集有其他检查机关参加的船舶进出口岸检查联席会议，研究、解决船舶进出口岸检查的有关问题。第五条船舶进出中华人民共和国口岸，由船方或其代理人依照本办法有关规定办理进出口岸手续。除本办法第十条第二款、第十一条规定的情形或者其他特殊情形外，检查机关不登船检查。
