释义	法律分析: 所谓居住权，是指自然人依照合同的约定，对他人所有的住宅享有占有、使用的用益物权。民法典新增了“居住权”的概念就是在房屋所有权不变的情况下，为他人设置一定时限的居住使用权。它不同于租赁权，居住权人享有对房屋直接管理和支配的权利。一旦房屋被赋予了居住权，那么意味着在居住权期限内，居住权人可以一直住在该房屋内。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百零六条抵押期间，抵押人可以转让抵押财产。当事人另有约定的，按照其约定。抵押财产转让的，抵押权不受影响。
