第一仲裁裁决我放弃了部分权益可以第二次仲裁么
释义
对仲裁裁决不服的，不可以要求重新仲裁。根据法律规定，仲裁裁决一经作出即发生法律效力。如果当事人对该裁决不服的，可以向法院申请撤销该裁决，或者请求法院裁定不予执行该仲裁裁定。但是当事人必须有证据证明有法律规定的撤销仲裁裁定，或者不予执行仲裁裁定的情形。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国仲裁法》 第五十七条 裁决书自作出之日起发生法律效力。故此，裁决书已经作出就发生法律效力，当事人就可以申请执行。
