问题	父母的遗产儿媳能继承吗
释义	父母的遗产儿媳一般不能继承。但如下情况除外：1、公婆订立遗嘱，将儿媳纳入继承人范围的；2、儿媳主要依靠公婆抚养，或儿媳对公婆抚养较多的，可以分给适当的遗产；3、丧偶儿媳对公婆尽了主要赡养义务的，还可以作为法定第一继承人进行继承；4、其他情况。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十一条对继承人以外的依靠被继承人抚养的人，或者继承人以外的对被继承人抚养较多的人，可以分给适当的遗产。第一千一百二十九条丧偶儿媳对公婆，丧偶女婿对岳父母，尽了主要赡养义务的，作为第一顺序继承人。
