释义	法律分析：凡是涉嫌刑事犯罪的，被依法采取刑事拘留、逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人都会被移送当地相应看守所关押。另外，被判处有期徒刑的成年和未成年罪犯，在被交付执行前，剩余刑期在三个月以下的，由看守所执行刑罚。被判处拘役的成年和未成年罪犯，也由看守所执行刑罚。被关进看守所，现阶段只能证明你有犯罪的嫌疑，任何人没有被法院判决有罪之前，都是无罪的。如果被关进看守所后，侦查机关的证据不足或是法院判决无罪，在押人员就可以释放。
