释义	男方可以因女方患产后忧郁症提出离婚，不过要在女方分娩后一年后提出，如果在一年内提出的，法院是不会受理的。不过即使是在女方分娩后一年后提出离婚的，法院也不一定会判决离婚，因为女方患有产后忧郁症并不是认定夫妻感情破裂的法定情形，男方需要有充分的证据证明夫妻感情破裂法院才会判决离婚。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零八十二条，女方在怀孕期间、分娩后一年内或者终止妊娠后六个月内，男方不得提出离婚；但是，女方提出离婚或者人民法院认为确有必要受理男方离婚请求的除外。
