释义	法律分析: 儿童不可单独购票出行，儿童票要与成人票一同购买。买动车儿童票时，须提供儿童有效身份证信息，可使用儿童身份证或户口本，若儿童未办理身份证的，可使用同行成年人的有效身份信息。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国铁路法》第十二条铁路运输企业应当保证旅客按车票载明的日期、车次乘车，并到达目的站。因铁路运输企业的责任造成旅客不能按车票载明的日期、车次乘车的，铁路运输企业应当按照旅客的要求，退还全部票款或者安排改乘到达相同目的站的其他列车。
