释义	法律分析：不合法，我国不允许不满十六周岁的未成年人打工，而且即使是已满十六周岁的未成年人，父母也不得强迫其外出打工。法律依据：《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》第十七条未成年人的父母或者其他监护人不得实施下列行为：（八）允许或者迫使未成年人从事国家规定以外的劳动。《中华人民共和国劳动法》第十五条禁止用人单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人。
