居住证续期内容介绍 一，所需证明材料1，本人居民身份证或者其他有效身份证明原件及复印件。2.居住证原件，在居住证有效期满前30日内办理延期手续。3.如实填写《广州市流动人员/居住证信息登记表》。4.需提供已经在居住地连续就业、经商6个月以上的证明材料，泛指就业登记证明、劳动合同、营业执照、纳税凭证和居（村）委、用人单位出具的相关证明。二，办理流程1、申办人带居住证到属地街道流动人员和出租屋管理服务中心提交资料； 2、填写表格； 3、街道审核后对居住证进行延期或项目变更。补充说明，居住证能否续期请咨询当地派出所或者街道服务中心人员，各地政策规定略有不同，有些地方居住证过期后需重新补办，不能续期。

《居住证暂行条例》
第八条 公安机关负责居住证的申领受理、制作、发放、签注等证件管理工作。居民委员会、村民委员会、用人单位、就读学校以及房屋出租人应当协助做好居住证的申领受理、发放等工作。
第九条 申领居住证，应当向居住地公安派出所或者受公安机关委托的社区服务机构提交本人居民身份证、本人相片以及居住地住址、就业、就读等证明材料。
