释义	法律分析：不是试用期的话最少提前一个月辞职才合法，试用期可以提前三天辞职。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第二十一条劳动合同可以约定试用期。试用期最长不得超过六个月。第二十四条经劳动合同当事人协商一致，劳动合同可以解除。第三十二条有下列情形之一的，劳动者可以随时通知用人单位解除劳动合同：
