释义	法律分析: 我国法律并未限定购房者的年龄，所以可以未成年人名义购买房产。只是在签订买房合同和办理房屋权属登记时应当由未成年人的法定监护人代为办理。以未成年人名义买房的，除了按照正常的房屋交易登记程序提交资料外，还需要提交未成年购房人的户口簿或出生证、独生子女证以及该未成年人监护人的身份证明。法律依据: 《房屋登记办法》第十三条共有房屋，应当由共有人共同申请登记。共有房屋所有权变更登记，可以由相关的共有人申请，但因共有性质或者共有人份额变更申请房屋登记的，应当由共有人共同申请。
