认筹书的法律效力是怎样的
释义
认筹协议书是可以签订的，其中会确认认购人打算购买的商品房的位置、朝向、楼层、房价及签订《商品房买卖合同》的时间。认购人在购房前作为签订《商品房买卖合同》的保证，向开发商支付一定数额的订金。购房认筹书是有法律效力的。商品房认购书是商品房买卖双方在签订商品房预售合同或商品房现房买卖合同之前所签订的文书，是对双方交易房屋有关事宜的初步确认。
