可以。通过营业网点办理对公积存金业务时，经办人员须持有效身份证件、企业金融服务卡或财智账户卡以及加盖单位预留印鉴的法人积存金业务申请书办理，同时，需提供企业营业执照复印件、组织机构代码证复印件、经办人员授权书（均须加盖单位公章），并签订相关协议，即可开通对公积存金业务。
法律依据：
《中国工商银行个人客户积存金业务协议书》 一、甲方向乙方首次申请办理积存金业务，须出具甲方有效身份证件或通过乙方电子渠道身份认证，绑定甲方在乙方开立的资金账户作为积存金业务资金清算账户（下称“资金账户”）。
二、甲方委托其所在单位集中办理积存金账户开户时须提供的材料、相关要求及责任承担等。甲方保证所提供的开户资料真实、准确、完整、有效，并保证当上述资料发生变化时，及时通过乙方积存金业务办理渠道进行变更。因不及时进行资料变更产生的损失由甲方承担。
三、甲方可在乙方积存金业务办理时段内发起积存金账户的销户申请，但如甲方积存金账户存在未撤销的定投计划、黄金余额未清零或积存金业务存在欠费的，乙方有权不予办理。
四、甲方资金账户挂失换卡换折后，须向乙方申请调整积存账户信息，因不及时申请调整账户信息产生的损失由甲方承担。
