释义	纳税人识别号就是税务登记证上的号码，而统一社会信用代码则是法人和其他组织的“数字身份证”。随着“三证合一”的开展，税号就是18位的“统一社会信用代码”。法律依据：《国家税务总局关于落实“三证合一”登记制度改革的通知》第二条新设立企业、农民专业合作社领取由工商行政管理部门核发加载法人和其他组织统一社会信用代码的营业执照后，无需再次进行税务登记，不再领取税务登记证。企业办理涉税事宜时，在完成补充信息采集后，凭加载统一代码的营业执照可代替税务登记证使用。
