释义	在我国公租房只租不售，公租房的租金在10元/平方/月，物管费1元/平方/月左右。租满五年后可以购买，价格按照政府公布的建筑成本加上利息，前5年的租金可以冲抵购房款，但是此后房屋只能由政府回购(购买价格加上利息回购)，不能自行出售给其他第三方。法律依据：《公共租赁住房管理办法》第三条本办法所称公共租赁住房，是指限定建设标准和租金水平，面向符合规定条件的城镇中等偏下收入住房困难家庭、新就业无房职工和在城镇稳定就业的外来务工人员出租的保障性住房。
