释义	法律分析：离婚证证明婚姻状况，一般是没有用了。按规定，离婚后再婚需要收回离婚证。对结婚证离婚证丢失或毁坏的，不能补发。若当事人丢失或毁坏了离婚证的，则当事人可持本人户籍证明和所在单位或村(居)民委员会出具的《婚姻状况证明》，到原婚姻登记机关提出申请，原婚姻登记机关经核查婚姻登记档案，证实当事人确曾依法在该机关办理过婚姻登记。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十三条离婚后，男女双方自愿恢复婚姻关系的，应当到婚姻登记机关重新进行结婚登记。
