释义	自愿加班没有加班费，自愿工作的不属于加班。用人单位支付加班工资的前提是用人单位根据实际需要安排员工在法定标准工作时间以外工作，即由用人单位安排加班的，用人单位才应支付加班工资。【风险提示】如果员工的工作既不是用人单位的要求、决定，也没有在用人单位认可的加班记录，而只是自愿加班的情况，则不属于加班，用人单位无须支付加班费。但是，如果用人单位对员工的加班予以追认的话，就是单位安排的加班，就应该支付相应的加班工资。法律依据《劳动法》第四十四条
