释义	法律分析：不会。公司的是独立的法人，有独立的财产权，以其自有财产对外承担债务。公司破产，只需要以公司所有的财产清偿债务，与股东个人财产无关。但是，如果一人有限责任公司财产与股东个人财产无法分离，混合在一起的，对于公司债务，股东应当承担继续偿还责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第六十三条一人有限责任公司的股东不能证明公司财产独立于股东自己的财产的，应当对公司债务承担连带责任。
